Site text, design, and branding are owned by JTMDAI Development Group LLC or used under license unless marked otherwise. Do not copy substantial content for commercial reuse without permission.

Kit price and description on /kit/ control at checkout time. Payments via Stripe; disputes and refunds follow the offer page and Stripe flows unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Site provided “as is.” No warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Research summaries may become outdated — confirm with the board.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, JTMDAI Development Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Site use.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
